The showers get really hot and have good pressure, and they give you bottled water at check-in. The staff are always the nicest, and the continental breakfast is the best. Right now there’s a St. Patrick’s Day game where you guess how many Lucky Charms are in a jar. It’s super convenient that it’s attached to mcmorgans, so you can get dinner and a drink without stepping outside. Four stars because the room TVs don’t have streaming.

The room had several problems. The motorized shades didn’t work, so it stayed dark, the floor wasn’t cleaned well, and the handheld shower attachment was broken. The hotel looks tired and needs renovations. Breakfast was unremarkable, and there was no juice because the machines had frozen up. The location is convenient, but I’d suggest looking at other hotels.

Our first stay here a few years ago was awful. The management wasn’t good and the staff were rude, and I said we’d never return. This time was absolutely wonderful. The staff, from the person keeping the floors clean to the front desk and breakfast teams, went above and beyond and were sweet to everyone. Hotel GM Amy was involved in our stay, and it was the best we’ve ever had in the area. We’ll definitely keep booking here. The location is also just 30 minutes from anything you want to do in Boston. Two thumbs up and a gold star from me. Thank you.

Getting off Route 1 into the parking lot was a little tricky, but it was nice to have a hotel within driving distance of so many towns. My wife and I stayed a few nights over Thanksgiving. Check-in was quick after we had checked in on Hilton Honors, and the front desk agent gave us information about breakfast, fitness room hours, and the other amenities. The business center was basically a printer in a lobby corner, but we didn’t use it. Breakfast’s hot options were limited and rotated, like eggs or omelets, sausage, and potatoes, but we had no complaints. Our two-queen room had plenty of space. The TV worked well, we just had to turn on the fridge dial, and all the lights worked. There was a small mark on the wall, possibly from an iron, and the room sometimes got too hot at night. In the bathroom, the flange around the showerhead had come off and its adjuster was loose, though the shower otherwise worked perfectly. The main concern was the bedding. After a 10-hour drive, we noticed stains on a fitted sheet and the comforter. We hoped housekeeping would replace them the next day, but they didn’t. They serviced the sheets on Wednesday, but on closer inspection the fitted sheets still hadn’t been changed. We only had one night left, so it didn’t affect the stay too much. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, and the agent seemed to take note. There were a few things to improve, but otherwise not much was wrong with our stay.
