The pool was closed while they work on a major renovation, but I’d definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, the staff were incredible, and breakfast was fabulous. I’m not sure why so many reviews are bad.

We’re local residents and booked three nights while our home was under construction. My parents had a good experience during an earlier extended stay, but ours was completely different. The room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. We asked at the front desk in person multiple times, including again the next day, and housekeeping still never came. On the evening of 8/1/2025, we found a mouse running across the living room and under the couch. We reported it right away and were moved to another room, but it was close to midnight and we had two small children with us. It was incredibly stressful and upsetting. Between the cleanliness issues, repeated service failures, and a rodent in our room, we’ll be formally requesting a refund. I’d strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I’ve stayed here many times, but this work trip will be my last. I had clogged sinks and shower drains, hairs that weren’t mine in the shower and on the sheets, and dead bugs by the desk. I also saw mice scurrying around my room. They did move me to another room, but housekeeping had entered my room twice after I explicitly asked them not to. The day after I switched rooms, management demanded payment and threatened to kick me out, even though I’d been told I could pay at checkout. The manager said they would comp one night because of all the trouble, but they didn’t. I’m checking out early to find somewhere else for the rest of my business trip, and I won’t return.

For the nightly price, the hotel could use a face-lift. The parking lots are poorly lit, which felt sketchy. I can live with a place needing some work, but after three days I went down to breakfast and had a really unpleasant experience with Rose. It was 1005, five minutes after breakfast had closed at 10. Everything was still out, the waffle machine was on, and there was batter. Rose watched me look for a plate and make a waffle, then told me, in a snarky way, that breakfast was over and there was no breakfast for me. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t let me get some food before my flight when it was all still there, or why she was upset when I asked her name because I wanted to contact corporate. I won’t spend my money here again. I’ll pay more to stay somewhere guests matter and aren’t made to feel like an inconvenience.
