The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The motel was clean and neat throughout, and breakfast was good. The bed was okay, though I could've used one more pillow.

We had a three-bed room, which worked great for my big family and isn't something I've seen before. It was listed as having three queen beds, but they definitely weren't, more like twins and a full. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, so I covered it up by spraying my perfume. There was hair in the tub, and the place needed updating. Still, for the price it was fine.

From the outside, the motel looks rough, and it sits right on a truck stop lot. Still, my son and I had a very good stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't have trouble with truck noise since our room was on the side away from the lot, which is a good tip. The truck drivers we saw in the hallway were courteous. It's an older building but well maintained. In a way, it's a five-star motel, but only among older motels at truck stops.
