The condos are clean and pretty nice, with comfy beds, great views, and a good spot on the island where you can get pretty much anywhere. The beach is a short walk away, and there’s a pool, plus showers at the bottom of every staircase to rinse off the sand. I’ve stayed in condos 4 and 9. Number 9 had more porch space, but number 4 had the better view. Only complaint: during my last trip, construction in the next room started at 7 am. I’ve had SUPER fun visits here on my last three vacations. I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!!

Pick your unit carefully. Of the three we rented, one was decent and one was full of roaches. The views are good, but some condos are okay while others are pretty gross by now. The rental companies leave you to make your own beds, and there may be no toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, extra towels or blankets. The pillows were awful, too. I feel like an Airbnb or VRBO might be a better bet, with an owner who pays attention to the little details that matter during a stay.

It was a great location with really good customer service, and the place was clean with everything we needed. The beach was an easy short walk away and the view was incredible. We stayed on the first floor, and the floors felt uneven and lumpy, maybe because of recent flooding. That did make the experience a bit more concerning.

Our unit had only stairs, so it wasn’t suitable for someone needing handicap access. Otherwise, it had pretty much everything: AC and heating, a fridge, stove, dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower. There was YouTube TV and Roku in all three rooms, plus another regular bathroom. Really nice place to stay.

The condo we rented had been updated recently and was a nice place. The whole condominium complex has settled noticeably over the years, though, so expect uneven floors and doors that stick.
