Unit 5302 looked neglected and wasn’t updated. We paid $1700.00 for four nights, and it definitely wasn’t worth that. It looks like it was bought on 1/14/21 and never cleaned up or fixed up by the new owners. There was an old coffee maker, overflowing toilets, broken blinds, and sticky couches and floors. The refrigerator, which seemed to be from the 90s, shot out ice like bullets that stuck. Ceiling fans and nightstand lights were broken; we had to fix the lights ourselves. There was so much more mess, too. I don’t think this is only the rental company’s fault. The owner seems not to care about making guests feel like they’re on a nice vacation, just about rental income from a trashy unit.
