Best Western Oakdale Inn

The staff were pleasant, but the hotel itself wasn't good. My room was dirty, the pillows were small, and there weren't enough towels. The soap and breakfast were a joke. The pool closes for winter, and the gym was just okay at best. You're probably better off at one of the strip motels in town.

Brianna was really polite when we checked in, and our room was clean with the towels stocked well. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

The woman at the desk was rude. I tried asking her something, and she acted like I was stupid instead of helping. She stayed on the lobby couch playing on her tablet. I expect more from Best Westerns. This is ridiculous.

The beds were really uncomfortable, and the bathroom floor was slippery. We had just two bath towels for two adults and two kids. When I asked housekeeping for more, the employee said there weren't any. I tried the front desk later, but the woman was rude and said they couldn't afford to put four towels in every room. Most of the staff were extremely rude, apart from two front desk women whose names I can't remember. We were charged twice for the room. I didn't get the extra money back until we were already halfway home after checkout.
