Holiday Inn Express Oakdale by IHG

Whenever I needed something, Yolanda at the front desk helped quickly and kindly. She was friendly and welcoming, and answered my questions clearly. Her great attitude made the stay better. Thanks, Yolanda!

We stayed as a family of three for two weeks, and every interaction with the staff made us feel safe and cared for. Everyone was phenomenal, especially Jessica, Yolanda, and Karon, who were so sweet and helpful. Our son is autistic, and they made an effort to connect with him and include him in conversations, letting him be himself without judgment. We’re sad to leave such a comforting place. The cleaning crew was on point, and our son absolutely loved the bacon and cereal at breakfast. The pool was perfect for letting him burn off extra energy, and we could have dinner outside the room.

The rooms have a sleek, modern feel after the renovations. The front desk staff were courteous, friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I like the hotel, its location, and the staff. Holiday Inn Express in Oakdale, California is where I stay when I visit Oakdale!

The room itself was nice and clean. The bed, though, was so uncomfortable that I’m pretty sure I’ve slept on floors that felt better. The pillows were about as useful as a stack of tissues to lay your head on.
