The desk staff were great, especially the woman working the night we checked in. She was handling six people ahead of us on her own and still had a smile and a great attitude. That was by far the best part of the hotel. The room didn’t match the photos at all. The deadbolt didn’t work, though the latch helped. I couldn’t tell if the room had been cleaned before we arrived. The lights and safe were rusted, and I wouldn’t trust putting anything in the safe because I worried I couldn’t open it again. The toilet didn’t flush fully. I left feeling like I needed a shower, but I didn’t trust their towels.

I’ve traveled professionally for over 30 years and know what to expect from a hotel. This was one of my most disappointing stays: the priciest one-night room I’ve paid for, yet the worst quality and cleanliness I’ve encountered. I booked and paid online, then learned on arrival there were extra charges for basic things like housekeeping and parking. Those fees hadn’t been made clear while booking. The condition, value, and lack of transparency were all far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Kai at the front desk was the highlight. She was extremely helpful and patient when we canceled both reservations after accidentally double booking. She quickly gave us the information we needed to request cancellations through Agoda/Expedia. We canceled after seeing the room: it wasn’t clean, there were bugs on the floor, the door didn’t always close easily, and the bathroom was falling apart. We never completed the stay, so I couldn’t post this review directly to Expedia. In short, Kai was awesome.

I came here at midnight after my flight was canceled, despite the sketchy feeling I got walking in and the reviews I’d seen. For one night, the room turned out pretty okay: a comfortable bed, fresh towels, clean linen, and a decent bathroom and tub shower. The five stars are for Rose. She was so friendly and waived the extra $35 late checkout fee, understanding that I’d checked in late. Just ask nicely. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s a cool place to spend a few bucks and get an undisturbed night’s sleep in a comfortable bed.

There were people walking around outside all night, talking and laughing loudly. The room itself was disgusting. A strong mold smell hit as soon as I walked in, the safety latch was broken, and there were stains on the curtains, bed, and walls. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet, just a cover with a cigarette burn thrown over a filthy mattress. Under the sink area was a huge hole in the wall, and it sounded like something was moving inside. I stayed only because it was late and I couldn’t get a refund. The pictures looked nice, and it was just one night, so I took a chance. Please save yourself and stay somewhere else.
