Best Western St. Louis Inn

We like how easy it is to get to the QT across the road, and we've stayed here a couple of times already. My wife and I plan to come back. It's a good value on the South side of STL, just a minute or two from I-55 and about a 15-20 minute drive downtown. Cracker Barrell is within walking distance, too, which may suit senior travelers. The inside is clean and well kept, the indoor pool looked great, the gym has a good treadmill, and the breakfast area is really nice.

Breakfast was great, and the staff looked after us very well. Minela at the front desk was especially kind and compassionate. She seemed to know I was ill and undergoing cancer treatment without me having to say anything. We had an excellent stay.

I keep coming back because Minela Malagic is so helpful and kind to everyone. She's always sweet and goes above and beyond. She's one of a kind, and I can't say enough about her. She's the best!

The rooms were fine, but had a funky smell, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The doors are heavy and slam loudly. You can hear every suitcase rolling down the hall, and it's even noisier when it reaches the wood flooring by the elevator. After 7am it was hard to get any sleep.
