The breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of fresh, tasty choices, nicely put together. Veronica was especially kind and helpful, and the whole meal felt like a little celebration. The staff made me feel cared for, and throughout my stay they were warm, attentive, and professional without hovering. My room was spotless and roomy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and well considered. I had such a great stay here. I’d recommend it for the comfort, luxury, and the way the staff make you feel valued.

The price was well below my budget, breakfast was included, and the location is excellent. But after several problems, I won’t stay here again. The room carpet was visibly dirty at check-in. Someone came to clean it the next day, but the stains were still very noticeable, and it shouldn’t have been assigned to a guest that way. The biggest problem was a charge on my credit card that I hadn’t authorized. I called several times and was promised a return call that never came, so I filed a complaint with the card company to get the money back. I’m still waiting for a final resolution. The building seems like an old property with a new exterior and serious problems still underneath.

Breakfast was included each morning, with plenty of choices and food that was freshly prepared. The location made it easy for us to get around town and to the beach. The front desk woman was so warm and sweet, and when we checked in late she even offered us complimentary water bottles for the night. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and well cared for. Housekeeping clearly keeps things spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the soft linens and room amenities felt like a nice extra for the price. We’ve stayed in lots of beach town hotels, and this was our favorite by far. I’d highly recommend it. I did ask to have the room cleaned, but it hadn’t been done when we came back from the beach. They made up for it the next day.
