We had the beach nearly to ourselves, and the place was a great escape from the crowds. Once we figured out how to reach the beach through the Mexzanine, we were set.

The view is amazing, and the building has great amenities without being overhyped. I love this place and can't wait to return next year.
A very relaxing stay in a well-kept condo building. The units have plenty of room, and there's a nice deck and pool.
The views from 4C were breathtaking, but the room smelled old and looked old-fashioned. I had to switch on the circuit breaker for the heat, hot water, and lights, which was a headache. The owner had signs posted everywhere, as if they were renting to kids. Never again!
We were in 4C, where the front door was awful to open and the patio door took a struggle to close properly. The toilet wouldn't flush every time, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Sand was still on the rugs. There were only two blankets, not enough for all the beds in a place that sleeps six. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it.
