Pool, Sunset Views & Prime Setting! Ocean City Gem

The location was good, and having coffee and tea available around the clock was nice. Service was average, though, and staff weren't very diligent about replenishing tea bags and coffee. The dog-friendly rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned, and sometimes there was a smell from floors that seemed poorly washed where dogs stay. The lobby amenities were stained and looked neglected, and the pool looked like a poisoned zone. Breakfast was included, but I won't comment on it. Breakfast here compared with Europe is so unhealthy that I don't eat it. It was an affordable stay, but I wouldn't return. The hotel has potential, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Khaleel, Katie and Susan made my stay memorable from Dec 17th-24th 2025. The hotel is only five minutes from the beach, with fast food next door, and breakfast was consistently excellent in presentation, amount, and quality. I was welcomed by my name on the TV when I arrived, which was such a sweet touch. The room was minimalist but artistic and practical, with cleverly placed storage. The bed was great, sheets clean, lamps cute and useful, and the lighting just right. There were enough towels, and the shower gel and hand soap smelled so good that even though I always bring my own body wash, I didn't need it this time. I'm picky like that. I only wished the fridge was colder and roomier, but the staff helped freeze and refrigerate what I needed, so it didn't change my review. You could tell a creative had fun with the automatic front doors and the catchy welcome lines using TRU on both sides of the main exit. It was fun to read. If you're in Ocean City, this has to be your choice. 10/10 across the board!

The breakfast buffet had a great range of choices and never seemed to run out, and the hotel was spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, too. We came for a cheerleading competition and were more than happy with our stay. It was so clean that at 6:00 a.m. I walked into the glass shower door because I thought it was open. No worries, I didn't break the door or myself, just my dignity for a moment. I'd absolutely recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. Maybe leave a sticky note on the shower door so you don't test the cleanliness like I did.

I really enjoyed my Thanksgiving stay. The location was great, with everything within walking distance, and I liked that the property was pet friendly. Everyone was nice and helpful, and I appreciated being able to text with a question instead of calling. The only downside was having no microwave in the room, so you had to go downstairs. Maybe put one on each floor in the ice room so guests don't have to make that long trip to heat something up. Thanks for making my stay great!
