Sea Gate 101 - 1 Br Condo

Our stay was a great time, and the staff were helpful with all our questions. There are different units to choose from, great beach views, and a nice pool for kids. My one complaint is about parking on check-in day. We should have had the parking pass even while the room was being cleaned and checked. Ocean City has tow zones everywhere. Aside from that, choose this place for a good time 😃.

After more than 30 years of coming to Seagate, we're done. It used to have a warm, friendly family atmosphere, and some of my best childhood memories, along with memories for my kids, are from here. The new management has ruined that for us. Nobody takes responsibility: the management company blames the building, and the building blames the company. We had no running water for hours without any notice, which is against the law, and despite paying $3000 for our stay, we were offered no compensation for the disruption. Beware before booking. We'll take our business elsewhere.

It's expensive now, but still a nice stay in 704. My parents were in 702, and their apartment was really gross and not clean. Most units are nice, but I'd avoid 702 until it's cleaned.

My family has been coming for more than 30 years, but because of the new management's lack of compassion and the change in how they do business, we're taking our business elsewhere. This isn't about the SeaGate condos themselves. If you have to cancel, you lose part of your money, even when the reason is completely outside your control. Nobody wants to cancel a vacation, and I expected a more human response in that situation. I hope others have a better experience and get to enjoy the ocean. We'll miss it this summer and plan to come back next year, but we won't return to a Seaside Vacation property.
