The facility itself was nice, but the security staff made the experience awful. An older African-American man said he was a manager, refused to give me his name, and was extremely rude to me and other guests. Another family and I were so upset by his behavior that we talked about never staying here again. None of our families had been rude to him, so we were confused by the way he treated us. I wanted to report him to management, but couldn’t without his name. I got the impression they treat people badly if they don’t own one of the condos. I’d urge families hoping for a peaceful vacation to avoid this place if they don’t want to be yelled at or treated like they’re not human. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was bad enough that I wanted to warn other families. I’m sure the company is losing money, since other guests have said the same thing.

The cleaning crew leaves a lot untouched, and there were several small maintenance issues that should be addressed. The penthouse suite was beautiful, but taking care of those things would make it perfect.

My family rented a unit here with really nice renovations and views, and I’d highly recommend staying there. I spent about a week here and was comfortable, with the pool, gym, and sauna to enjoy. It was fun watching people play tennis while I was swimming. For the same nightly price, this was definitely better than a hotel.

The greenhouse-style pool was especially cool when it rained, and there’s a nice tennis court too. The accommodations were very nice, with quick access to the beach.

Vacasa has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer calls or texts, and the man at the building was rude and lied. I stayed just one night because I couldn’t find another place quickly. The condo was filthy, with stained furniture, a dirty bathroom, and torn or missing shades. A big bag of dirty linens and towels was left in the living room, and we were asked to wash them. I got the condo payment refunded, but nothing for parking or for the aggravation and two full days of vacation ruined.
