The shampoo and body wash dispensers are outside the shower, so reaching for them can leave the floor wet and slippery. Watch your step getting out. Apart from that, this is a clean, affordable place, with a microwave and refrigerator in every room. The staff were friendly and answered all our silly questions without any attitude. The rooms were SUPER clean.

The place looked quite different in person, and the sign didn't say America’s Best Value. It felt misleading, so I chose not to stay. I don't understand the positive reviews elsewhere. Maybe they're AI?

The location was nice, though the view was only of the parking lot, and there are plenty of places near the beach anyway. I paid extra through booking.com for a deluxe queen suite for two because only two rooms were left and I didn't want the one with a full mattress. When I arrived, the only person working was a young boy in pajama pants. He asked if I wanted the room I'd paid for since it was handicapped accessible, then said he'd give me a random room. We ended up in the smaller room with a full size bed. The TV had no signal, the toilet ran the whole time, and I heard the guy next door snoring loudly all night through the thin walls. Now I understand why they had earplugs at check-in, though they didn't help. I regret spending the money there. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was dirty, the fan was broken, and my daughter broke out in a rash. We left after just 30 minutes. I'm calling Code Enforcement in the morning.
