Hotel Beatnik

The outdoor shower was a highlight, and there’s a fridge plus a fun way to make coffee. The four units are all spacious, with a roomy bathroom and a living area with a pullout couch. The pool is small, but it works well for such a small place. I found the bed a little firm, though my husband really liked it. One thought for the owner: if it’s very hot and guests have arrived while their room is ready, letting them check in a bit early would be nice.

We took three of the four cabins for a bachelorette weekend. They were adorable, and the beds were really comfortable. I only wish I’d packed another blanket. Downtown was an easy walk, and we’ll book again.

It’s a small motel, with a cute pool and outdoor space, and the host responds fast and is ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with a very comfortable bed. I loved the screened balcony and little courtyard out back. Biloxi is close, just across the bridge. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

The Beatnik and Ocean Springs ended up being the best part of our road trip. I came with my sister and mother, and we’d definitely stay again. The private back terrace had a hammock and shower, handy after a swim, and there’s a lovely fire pit to sit around. Inside, the bathroom was clean and simple, and the room had a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, dishes, mugs, toaster, and little toaster oven. Coffee and tea were supplied too. There’s also a built-in bunk with twin mattresses in the open area. We loved having rocking chairs and a table on the screened terrace, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
