The concierge was helpful and seemed to understand that the rooms weren't up to standard. I wouldn't bring children or pets here. The bedding had holes and stains, with mismatched pillowcases. There was no toilet paper, and there was mold and dust everywhere. The hair dryer was so badly broken it looked like it might have blown up. Please sleep somewhere else.

It seemed to me that most of the people there live at the property. The residents were respectful and polite, and I'm grateful to God that my brothers and sisters have a roof over their heads. We can't blame people for the conditions they've ended up in. It was a very different experience, but Jesus loves us equally. We should lift up our brothers and sisters with love and not judge, since we don't know what our own situation might be next. Praise Our Lord. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We booked one weekend night, but left without spending even ten minutes there. The front desk gentleman was kind, though he seemed to expect something might happen. After checking in, we could tell we wouldn't like the place, but it was late, so we went to look at the rooms. We returned the room cards, asked for the deposit, and left without even going into the rooms. There was trash and clothing outside the two rooms, and a man smoking what looked like drugs from a pipe, nearly passed out at 3PM. Some rooms were boarded up and others locked as if they were crime scenes. The rooms smelled bad at the entrance, and the property and common areas looked very dirty and extremely dated. While we were still standing at the door, two men approached aggressively asking for money. Back at our car, another man with a drug-addict look was looking through the back door into it. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. The place felt unsafe, with many homeless people and people struggling with addiction walking around the property. There were too many negatives to list. This is a very shady, dirty property. Don't bother.

The bathroom and towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep before we continued our journey. Check-in for our one-night stay was easy, and the price was good. The room was so-so: the carpet wasn't clean, the TV didn't work, and there were no garbage cans. They have a pool, but it was covered for winter. Some people lived there, but they weren't noisy or just hanging around, and they were respectful, saying goodnight to me and my husband.

The man at the front desk was great and understood why we left. He offered an immediate refund without question so we could stay elsewhere, and seemed embarrassed by the room. We were there for about five minutes, the shortest hotel stay I've ever had. We came during the big furniture weekend, when many hotels were sold out, but this one wasn't. There were reasons. We pulled up as the police were leaving, which was the first red flag. The lobby doors were locked around midnight, though that may have been the late-night policy. The front desk man said an incident had just happened. On the way to the room, there were clothes and a weave all over the sidewalk, and people smoking on the stairs. As we walked through the smoke, I was questioned about where I was from because I have a long red beard. I barely spent 30 seconds in the room. It looked like something from a horror movie, so we stepped inside and turned right around. We also told the front desk about the people on the stairs, and he said management was supposed to hire security to shoo them away. I hope management reads this and fixes the many problems we encountered during our short visit.
