The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly. It could use a little maintenance and paint, the door was hard to close, and the bathroom needs some love. Breakfast was good, too, with nice food options. Neisha was especially lovely, attentive, and kind, and made breakfast a great experience.

Riz is the highlight of my stay so far. He was alone with a full bar, but stayed engaged with everyone, made great drinks, and was helpful and friendly. My room is just okay and has a slight odor, though everything works. The rest of the staff are very friendly, too.

The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms were great, the hotel was clean and updated, and the whole staff was friendly and amazing. Great service from Angel, Tish, Riz, and Chef Steve!

We stayed at the double tree for about two months, and it was a bad stay overall. I had several run-ins with Courtny, the head of housekeeping, and kyle, the general manager. Courtny was sneaking into rooms with a do not disturb sign to “leave towels,” and after we got back, some cash was missing. I reported it to kyle, but he said there was nothing they could do because the cameras didn’t work, supposedly “for hotel security.” I’m not sure who that was securing if nobody was held accountable. I moved to the hampton inn six minutes up the street and had a WAYYYYY better stay.
