We’ll definitely book here again for a tournament. The service, room, and breakfast were all great, easily the best hotel we’ve stayed at for one of these events.

The pull-out couch meant all four kids could fit with us, about as comfortably as six people can manage in one hotel room. They especially loved the pool, with its shallow zero-depth entry and water feature, while the adults had a hot tub. Breakfast was great, and even the coffee was good for hotel coffee.

We’d stayed here before without any problems, so finding someone’s socks, a coin, part of a phone case, a room card, and a key holder with a guest’s profile name in the nightstand drawer was a nasty surprise during our August 7-9, 2025 stay. Housekeeping also told us they’d found an old pizza box under the bed. We’ve had worse stays, but never at this chain or at this hotel, and we were pretty grossed out. I was also surprised the manager never contacted us. These days it doesn’t seem there’s a clear way to get in touch with a hotel manager.

We loved the pool, and our room was really clean. Everyone on staff was so friendly. Wonderful hotel!
