The bedding had stains, burns, and a mark that looked like bodily fluid, and I even brought my own clean sheet, which housekeeping took. The towels were rough, one was coming apart, and the carpet was visibly dirty and sticky in places. There was a mildew smell. The shower had black mold, and the door mat looked like it had been under a dripping car. The room door looked kicked in, with what appeared to be a bullet hole. A third of the door frame was missing where the chain lock was, making that lock purely decorative. The heater wouldn't shut off, so at 3 am I kept opening and closing the door, about a hundred times, to cool the room. The coffee maker had something growing in its reservoir. I took photos to show how much this place put a damper on my trip. The desk worker handed me the key with a smile and sent me to that disgusting room. This place should be shut down, not stayed in.
