The staff made a strong impression on us, from check-in through checkout. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast had more variety than we expected, and both the room and bathroom were clean and well cared for. Housekeeping clearly puts effort into the work. Still, the property looks heavily used and could use a real refresh or upgrade. In my opinion, updated facilities would bring the hotel up to the standard set by its service and cleanliness. My wife and I had a pleasant stay and would be glad to come back if improvements are made.

Kya at the check-in counter was so nice when we arrived and again at checkout. The breakfast was great for hotel food, with lots of options, and everything felt very clean. The room and hallways smelled fresh, and we slept so well in those great beds. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. No complaints.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great. There was also good quality coffee available around the clock. We stayed for a couple of nights, though our room had a connecting door. We could hear every conversation, footstep, and bit of movement as though the people were in our room.

I stayed here because my mother had a procedure nearby, and I hadn’t known what to expect. The pool area was excellent, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. The chef was friendly and clearly cared about the service he provided. The staff treated my family and everyone they met with exceptional friendliness and professionalism, going above and beyond. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend staying here.

GM Johmon and Executive Housekeeper Whitney deserve a special mention. They were professional, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was great, with everything clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Thank you!
