The Springs Hotel

The location made it easy to get everywhere we needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the amenities were excellent. Rooms we've stayed in over the last few years were spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in is always quick and smooth, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We love Ocean Springs and keep coming back to this hotel. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

My husband and I took a quick getaway at The Springs, and it was beautiful, lush, and relaxing. Right in the heart of Ocean Springs, it's easy to walk everywhere, yet it's always quiet. I loved the private, easy access to our room. The bed and shower were both huge, and the finishing touches were exquisite, even the D.S. & Durga products. Making arrangements was a breeze, with staff who were on top of things and communicative without being intrusive. I highly recommend it.

My kids and I stayed one night for the New Year's Eve ball drop in downtown Ocean Springs. The location was perfect, and the hotel has beautiful decor and keyless entry. Angel, the general manager, greeted us with a smile and was so welcoming. I thought I'd booked a king bed sofa bed room, but I hadn't. Angel fixed it right away without hesitation. It was also their second anniversary, and we got to celebrate with champagne, wine, and small bites. I'll definitely book with them again. They've got a lifelong customer.

I was excited to stay because the ratings were so good and the photos looked beautiful, but I left very disappointed and won't return. The room wasn't clean: the sink was still dirty, the floor was sticky, and it seemed they'd only done the bare minimum, like changing the sheets and cleaning the toilet. Cleanliness matters to me whatever the price. There was no privacy either. The windows face the parking lot and entrance path, so other guests can see into the room. You have to close the curtains, which makes it dark, but ours still didn't cover the whole window at night, and the porch light shone straight in. The microwave was very loud, and with no reception, the place felt impersonal. It's sold as a luxury boutique hotel, but the quality and practicality fell far short for me.
