The walk to the ocean was good exercise, since the first few streets don't have direct beach access. During the day it was fine, but after sunset I didn't feel comfortable walking back because there were quite a few homeless people and some sketchy people on the streets. The staff told me about GO'SIDE, a small local shuttle for $3.00 per person, which you can take back in the evening if you prefer not to walk. I stayed for two weeks and would definitely come back. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Hardworking, friendly staff cleaned the rooms daily. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, with scrambled eggs or omelets, bacon or sausage alternating by day, plain or blueberry waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread for toast, bagels, and cream cheese. The pool is small, but its area is very well maintained.

It's a nice walk to the pier if you enjoy walking, and getting out of the hotel can be a little busy, though it isn't too bad. Inside, I liked the seating areas, both indoors and out, and having a coffee maker in the room. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

A nice place to stay, with a welcoming feel both inside and out. There's a computer room, a small waiting area, and a living room by the entrance where you can sit for a while. The front desk service was excellent, and staff kept the rooms clean. Breakfast was delicious, and we were always greeted.

The pool and hot tub were clean, with plenty of fresh towels, and the sheets and towels in our room were changed every day. Breakfast was delicious and the area was tidy. From the friendly front desk staff to the hardworking cleaning crew, everyone made the experience wonderful. Customer service was amazing, and this was one of my best stays ever. I'll definitely visit again.

The location worked well for us, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach nearby. There was plenty of parking, including spots by doors you could open with your room key card. Checkout was easy, and the customer service was nice. Our room was nearly ready when we arrived, but not quite; once we got in, it was clean. Breakfast was disappointing compared with other Best Westerns I've stayed at. We only had coffee and decaf coffee from the options. It was nice that they had soy milk, but that was about it besides a waffle maker. The washer and dryer are app-operated, and the app only worked on a phone, not a tablet. The washer was alright and the dryer worked well. It rained the whole visit, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool.
