The Marbella

I was here for my Ironman 70.3 race, and the location made it so convenient for the beach, the Strand, and restaurants. The place is small, but you can't beat the view. It was the best vacation stay in Oceanside. I loved it, highly recommend staying here, and will surely miss it!

The two Beach Front Cottages are just steps from the ocean, exactly as described. We spent three nights in one of them. There are even fewer steps to “The Strand,” which we hadn't realized was a very busy street. Cars cruise by and people walk up and down all day and night, literally inches from the front windows and door. The place was decently updated and clean overall, though some of the shower grout seemed questionable. Onsite parking was a bonus, but the space was very tight for the small SUV we rented.

Trevor was responsive and made check-in and checkout effortless. They clearly care about making guests feel welcome. I loved watching sunsets from the sun deck and waking up to the sound of waves. The location is hard to beat, steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. From arrival, the place felt clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The modern coastal decor was Instagram-worthy but still cozy and inviting. My stay at Marbella in Oceanside was perfect. If you want a peaceful, stylish beach retreat in a prime spot, this is it. I'm already planning another trip and highly recommend it.

We loved everything and would come back here. Service was excellent, and the owner kept in touch throughout. There were a few small hassles: the remote controls had dead batteries, and someone else was controlling the TV, so we turned it off and let the owner know. The terrace and beach amenities were excellent. I'm giving the stay five stars because there's no option to give more.
