Quality Inn Ocoee - Cleveland East

My kids loved the big Christmas tree in the lobby, and the hotel gave us a warm, safe place to stay while we spent Thanksgiving with family. Breakfast was decent, about what you'd expect, and there was plenty of parking. The location has several ways out. The price is fair for what's offered, without having to put up with a poorly run place. We'll probably be back.

It was a cheap room, so don't expect much. There was hardly anyone at the hotel, but they put us right by the front entrance and check-in desk instead of spreading guests out. I guess they kept us all in one area to make cleaning easier. I'll probably look for somewhere else next time.

I travel for a living, so I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was impeccably clean and smelled nice, and the price was exactly what I wanted. It was an outstanding stay.

We were VERY disappointed and will NEVER stay at Quality Inn in Ocoee Tennessee again. The AC was out in the lobby, and they left the doors wide open so anyone could come in. Someone also lives in their car in the parking lot every night. They tried to claim someone had smoked in our room, which wasn't true. I think they left the doors open because the lobby AC wasn't working. They charged our credit card even after we told the front desk employee we weren't going to stay.
