The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very polite. Still, finding roaches was disgusting. In my third-floor room, cleaning staff had left nuts under the couch from the previous guest, and I woke up to about six roaches on the kitchen counter, floors, and in the cabinets. They promptly moved me to another room. I guess saving $50 can come with that kind of risk 😂.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location and service were good. Some updates would help, but I’d stay here again.

Coffee was great and available anytime, and the suite, hotel, pool, and hot tub were all very clean. We’ll definitely come back.

We barely slept. We’d specifically asked for, and were promised, a quiet room on the main floor at the back of the hotel, but staff put us beside the elevator and right in front of the breakfast area, probably the loudest spot in the building. The elevator kept running all night, then the breakfast crowd started early. That’s not what I expect from an IHG hotel. After the room mix-up, I contacted the manager to try to sort things out. My claim was rejected without a refund or any effort to fix the situation, just a denial of responsibility. As a loyal IHG customer, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll contact IHG corporate and escalate the complaint. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this hotel unless loud hallways and zero accountability are fine with you.

James and crew made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, which meant a lot since I was traveling alone. I loved the clean room, its layout, the bed, and the bedding. It had everything I needed and more. I didn’t get to try all the amenities, but I’m sure I’d have enjoyed them too. Staybridge was just right for my needs. Thank you!
