We were welcomed at check-in, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and roomy, and the hotel was near shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay and good service!

The room smelled, the bedding had stains, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. The customer service wasn't great either. I'm not picky, but this was horrible, and I can see why the lobby has a NO REFUNDS sign. In the handicap room, the shower leaked. Our two-bed room had old, worn mattresses, and the lamps had broken switches, so we had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. The TV didn't work; it took almost an hour for someone to come look at it, and I had to call to remind them. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear the neighbors. We only had two towels, one washcloth, and no hand towels. Breakfast ran from 6 to 9:30, but by 8 they were out of sausage and toast, with no more available. There was also waffles, apples, eggs, and nothing else to choose from. The microwave couldn't be plugged in without moving the dressers, so I had to put it by the sink to heat anything.

We were afraid to sleep there, but couldn't afford another place. There were roaches everywhere, including twitching ones dying in the bathroom and little ones crawling by the beds. Keep your bags zipped and off the floor if you have to stay. First our key didn't work. The replacement didn't work either, and then they told us we had a different room. There were people in that room. Eventually we got into a room with stained sheets, a disgusting bathroom, a TV with no remote, loose wall outlets, and, of course, bugs everywhere.

The parking lot felt really sketchy, and the room was disgusting. There were dead bugs inside, a used bandage on the bathroom wall, and a cigarette smell. The TV didn't work, though the maintenance guy was pleasant and replaced it. The door had a huge gap at the bottom where heat and bugs could get in, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was even a hole in it where someone had tried to shut it. Around 1:30 a.m., someone knocked on our door twice, which felt so sketchy. I don't know how this hotel is open. Don't trust the reviews and pictures on Google, they're all lies. Don't fall for it.
