Courtyard Odessa

We've stayed at Best Western for years because it's always been a good place for us. This hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Our daughter loved the Texas Waffle!

We were there from Friday to Monday. On Saturday night, Laura went out of her way to make it possible for my mom to stay at Best Western. Her customer service was amazing, and it's the best treatment I've ever had at a hotel. I definitely recommend the place and will stay again.

The whole hotel, especially the rooms, had a horrible foot smell. There was hair in the breakfast food, the air unit couldn't cool or heat the whole room, and room service was lacking. Edit: I did stay at this specific location. The room wasn't booked under my name, but my family and I still had this experience at your hotel.

The family suite had two rooms, and the AC was perfect. We could set a different temperature in each room. The door lock between the rooms didn't work, though, and the AC light was so bright at night that we had to cover it to sleep. My kids had a great time in the pool, which was never too crowded. Room service came daily to take trash and bring fresh towels, and there were ice machines on every floor. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: waffles, bacon, sausage, biscuits, bagels, muffins, Danishes, and more bread, plus a yogurt machine. The coffee maker could make lattes and cocoa to order. Staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a good spot near restaurants and convenience stores. It was a phenomenal stay, and I'd come back for sure.
