Gorges Grant Hotel

The staff were so polite and helpful, and Raspberries restaurant makes phenomenal omelettes. It was our first stay, for our 34th wedding anniversary, and it was amazing. The rooms were very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the robe in the room was fantastic and comfortable. All the little in-room amenities were great too. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The hot tub could be bigger, but it was perfect for us. They actually had a company steaming the floors and washing the carpets in each That's where you work. Give them 5 plus stars

We had a wonderful, very quiet stay, and my daughter and I enjoyed sitting by the beautiful fireplace with Christmas music playing. The complimentary coffee, tea, and mini hot chocolate bar were lovely. We haven’t stayed here in a couple of years, and the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The person at check-in was friendly, informative, and professional. Champagne on arrival, plus robes and slippers in the room, were nice extras. The hot tub worked, but we were disappointed that the pool was out of service. We could use a pool at a nearby hotel, but that was an extra inconvenience, and I think we should have had some discount on the resort fee. The chairs in the premium rooms could use an update or replacement. They haven’t changed in at least a decade. We’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy it. Kudos to the kitchen staff for such good food, you can tell they enjoy what they do. The front desk staff are very friendly. Sam the manager is great to talk to, and Mary, Steve are awesome, friendly servers.

Mary, who served us breakfast each morning, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive to our tastes, preferences, and needs, and I hope she’s still there when we visit again. The TV remote was very slow to respond, and the room temperature kept swinging between too hot and too cold.
