I called five minutes before booking and was told there were rooms available. But when I mentioned my two papered service dogs and offered to provide the paperwork, he suddenly said he'd sold his last room half an hour earlier. That's unacceptable. I'll be contacting someone about this. This is illegal.

The shower curtain was kind of nasty, though the bathroom itself was alright. Staff were nice and the free breakfast was good. The sheets were okay, but kind of itchy.

A storm stopped us from traveling any farther, so this was the best hotel in the area for us. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were professional and courteous. The rooms could use an upgrade, though. Our towels were clean but had some odd stains.

The small-town feel here is really personable, and the staff are extremely congenial. I found it clean and comfortable for a night on my way to DFW, with the necessities conveniently close by. I've stayed here before, and I'll be back.

Bags of trash were left in the hallway, and someone in our group ended up with bed bug bites. The second floor had a really strong smell that caused bad allergies and congestion. On top of that, our card was charged in more than 25 separate transactions, and the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it.
