The restaurant food is consistently good, and the cooks and wait staff do a great job. PAC staff also got me looked after and onto the floor quickly, with special thanks to Sue for helping out. The front desk team is professional, and the room cleaners keep everything spotless. Another great stay at 12 Tribes Omak. See you again soon.

We’ve stayed here several times since 2017 and usually enjoyed it, so this visit was especially disappointing. We kept going to the bar for drinks because service on the casino floor was poor. After four drinks each over the evening, we were about to order one last round when a woman told our server not to serve us. She seemed to be some kind of manager, and she was very rude to the staff too. Her appearance was also very unprofessional from a customer’s point of view, with worn out leggings. The front desk staff were dressed appropriately. Maybe she could use some customer service and management training, and the hotel could enforce a dress code.

The room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was meant to be non-smoking, and the Wi-Fi barely worked, which isn't great for travelers from out of the country. We were also disappointed to find the hot tub closed without warning, since we’d been looking forward to it. At least the pool could have been heated. There isn’t much around the hotel, and the restaurant was only okay. We won’t be back.

I only stopped by while passing through, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The machines weren’t too tight and I came away with some moolah. The restaurant was fantastic, and our waiter was one of the funniest I’ve ever seen. He was kind, helpful, and cheerful. 12 Tribes Omak, keep that jolly fellow around. He’s the reason my friends and I would come back to gamble and eat. Great job.
