Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Yukon Oklahoma City

The room was clean and the employees treated us well, but I was disappointed with the stay. It was supposed to be handicap accessible and I could get into the room, yet it was extremely tight and my wheelchair wouldn’t fit in the bathroom. We paid a $25 deposit, asked when paying for the room whether it would be returned, and still never got it back. The whole stay cost much more than I expected, and I probably won’t stay there again.

The staff were outstanding, and my room was clean and very quiet. I had no trouble during my stay, and the beds were comfortable. It’s also close to shopping and food. I’ll definitely stay there again on my next trip.

The room smelled like cat pee, and the sheets, blankets, and towels were all stained. The TV didn’t work, and everything felt outdated. People staying there and homeless people kept bothering me for cigarettes, money, and drugs. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’d rather sleep in my car for a week than come back to this disgusting place.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the first visit was much better. The non-smoking rooms are in better shape than the smoking rooms. I didn’t see any bugs, but repairs and upgrades are badly needed. The bathroom door was half busted and wouldn’t shut, with a poor paint job in several colors. There was a hole in the ceiling, an uneven floor, and trash, cigar butts, and ash in the drawer. The staff are really nice and the location is wonderful. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be back.
