I’ve never stayed in a hotel this bad. The tub was dirty, so I tried a shower instead, but the water was barely warm. It also wouldn’t drain. We left for three hours to visit friends, and when we came back the water was still there. My wife asked the front desk for a plunger, but they didn’t have one. I asked to move rooms and was told they were sold out, which was a lie. My wife used a plastic cup to try and plunge it, and big clumps of hair came out. It was so gross she was gagging. The bedding was bad too, just a sheet and blanket, no bedspread. The room was so hot when we arrived that I had to open the windows to cool it down. I wish I’d read the reviews before staying. The funniest part is the owner or whoever replies to complaints seems to deny everything people say. Fix the problems and you might not get bad reviews!

Should be one star. The rooms were old and blah, and there were no washcloths. The towels were like hand towels. The front desk woman never even said hello or welcome, and could learn to be friendlier. Breakfast was blah too, with no cups for juice.

We booked two nights through hotels.com for a quick getaway with our kids, and left after just one night. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my 35 years. The photos on HOTELS.COM are criminally out of date. We needed a suite for our two preteens and my husband and me, and the place was awful from the start. The parking lot had trash and broken glass. Garbage was overflowing in the lobby and outside. A maybe 15 year old girl was at the counter and only gave us our room number and checkout time. The elevator had some mystery red liquid in it. On the ninth floor the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes and must. In our room the sofa bed was stained, and when we unfolded it we found paper towels, old clothing tags, and straw wrappers. There were only two musty towels for four people. The air was set at 73, and turning it down while we were at dinner never got it below 70. There was no screen on the ninth floor window, but opening it was our only way to get air moving. The floor was stained and it looked like the room had barely been wiped down. The curtains were ripped and stained. The queen bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet, just a mattress cover trying to hide stains and a flat sheet. Thank god we didn’t see bedbugs, but there were plenty of holes, stains, and hairs. I’d read that complaints do nothing, so we went home after one night. It’s crazy that a place like this can operate with a business license. DON’T STAY HERE, PLEASE I BEG YOU. THIS CREEPY FAMILY OWNED PLACE IS JUST STEALING YOUR MONEY.

The room wasn’t very clean or nice, and the online photos were misleading about the actual condition. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, which made the place uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also saw someone stuck in the elevator yelling for help, which was scary and really concerning. I stayed several nights and never got towels or washcloths, even after asking. The key cards kept disconnecting, so getting into the room was a constant problem. I was first told I owed only $13, but at arrival they charged a $50 deposit plus a $6.99 room service fee. The room was never serviced, and nothing extra was provided. Breakfast was included, but we weren’t allowed to take it upstairs and had to eat downstairs, which was inconvenient and unnecessary. This hotel lacks cleanliness, transparency, and basic care for guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
