Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Spring

The front desk staff were the one bright spot. They apologized, gave my wife and me trash bags to protect our travel bags from bedbugs, and said the manager would call. That call never came, even after I followed up about four credit card transactions totaling nearly four times the bill. The charges were later corrected, but the manager still never contacted me. The trouble started in our first room: it was hot, the A/C controls didn’t work, and there was some unidentified “stuff” in the toilet. It looked as if someone had made the bed without cleaning the rest of the room, so the desk moved us. The A/C worked in the next room, but the place was in rough shape, with peeling wallpaper, a leaking tub faucet, poorly maintained fixtures, and worn furniture. In the morning we found bedbug bites. The mattress looked newer than the box frame, whose bottom corners were open, as if it had been treated for bugs. If they knew there was a problem, they shouldn’t have put guests in that room. We left and spoke with the desk. I’ll never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rodora and Al made our family feel so welcome. They were attentive and made sure we had what we needed, which made this our best hotel stay yet. Couldn’t have asked for kinder hospitality.

I found the hotel by chance while visiting town for a week. Check-in was simple, and Muaaz at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a jetted tub in my room. Beautiful place, and I’m really happy with the service.

The cafe was a great start to our weekend away. We got food and drinks there on the first night, and both the bartender and owner were friendly. The food was great too. Everyone on staff made us and my partner feel welcome, and we loved our room. A 10/10 getaway for us.
