Homewood Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

I only booked here because it was recommended for a training course I had to attend. I wouldn't stay here if you have another option. At 7am on 10/24/25, I told the front desk I'd found a long hair in my bed and asked to have the sheets changed because it really grossed me out. Housekeeping didn't come until 5:40pm. When they replaced the bedding, they put the pillows on the floor instead of on the couch or another clean, appropriate spot. I'm disappointed with the service.

The property itself is nice, but the showers had poor water pressure. Unfortunately, the owners seem to have little focus on customer service, and the management team and staff are hamstrung by them.

The staff were courteous, and the hotel was reasonably clean. But the room and noise made this a rough stay. I had picked a fourth-floor room online after getting the check-in email, only to be told at 3pm that it wasn't available because the guest had decided to extend their stay. The only one-bedroom option left was on the second floor. There was noise every night, sometimes after midnight: kids running and yelling in the halls, someone coughing heavily, and people arguing at 2am. The walls are paper thin, so even a chair scraping in the room above carries through. We had to ask for room service, even though the bathroom mirror sign said they'd come every other day. They came once and didn't take out the garbage. Next time I'll try the Residence Inn a mile and a half away. It's not the greatest and costs $10 more per night, but still a step up from here.

That Blink charger in the parking lot isn't much of an amenity for EV owners. A full charge costs $80 at $0.90/kWh, which is extortionate. On top of that, faulty wiring made the power cut out every couple of hours, so you have to ask staff to flip the breaker.
