Quality Inn Oklahoma City Airport

Alexander at the front desk was a real help and the bright spot here. The rest of the stay left me mostly negative about the hotel. I was bitten by bed bugs the first night, then moved to a clean room, but I don't know whether the first one was properly treated. I saw a maid carrying pesticides, so it didn't look like they used a professional exterminator. Housekeeping often didn't arrive until 2-3 p.m., if at all. We went weeks without a fridge or microwave until we asked; then they brought one to our room and moved some coworkers to rooms with appliances. In the new room, the toilet stayed broken for three days despite being promised a repair each night. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Most of the staff seemed lazy and incompetent.

The only real plus was how close it is to the airport. The room was dated and had no fridge or microwave. The toilet didn't work, and instead of sending someone to repair it, they gave us a plunger. The bathtub also drained very slowly and never properly cleared. That made for an absurdly long night. I don't recommend this hotel.

We paid about $90 for a night's stay and two weeks of parking, and the shuttle got us to and from the airport in about five minutes without any trouble. The employees were very nice, the room was good, and breakfast was included. It's dated, so don't expect a five-star hotel, but it felt safe and clean. We had a really nice room, and the shower pressure was strong.

The one good thing is the location near the airport. A big grey garbage cart sat in the hallway, and even after I asked twice for it to be removed, nothing was done. I was disappointed by how dirty the place was and by the staff's lack of willingness to help. I stayed here before, and it wasn't this bad. It used to be a Four Point hotel that was clean and friendly, and you could leave your car there for up to two weeks if you stayed.
