Check-in was quick and the location was convenient, but those positives couldn't make up for the room. It looked patched together and neglected. The bathroom floor had trash on it, there was only about a quarter roll of toilet paper, and the bedding in our non-smoking room had burn holes. The hair dryer was broken, and the lamps only worked some of the time.

The first room had bugs and burn marks, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Room two was gross too: my feet turned black from the floor, the sheets had crumbs and dirt, and the counters were dirty and broken. Breakfast was just a tiny muffin and a packet of oatmeal. This place is dirty and worn out. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Do not stay here.

I wanted a refund almost as soon as I got there. The first room had bed bugs, and after I reported them, they moved me to an even worse room. They seemed completely unconcerned about the bugs I woke up to crawling on me. The whole property was trashy, smelled strongly of cat urine, and had garbage everywhere. Music blared from some rooms all night, while people in the room above stomped around every few seconds until morning. I hope I can get rid of the bugs. This place should be shut down.

We paid for one night after checking in July 6, then decided on July 7 to stay another night. My husband later saw charges of $70.76, $8, and then $78.76 on his bank statement. He called, but now they don't want to refund us. There are pending charges totaling $236.28, even though $78.76 doesn't add up to that, and the card was used only for the room. I wouldn't recommend this place because they rip you off.
