The room was comfortable and a great price, with a tub and shower and hot water. I had a long drive, and both the night and morning front desk staff were so kind and understanding. When I checked out, a very kind woman even helped carry some of my bags. I had a great experience and would stay again or recommend it to someone looking for a safe, affordable place.

We arrived at 2 am with our two kids under six and our dog after a long day of travel, and they got us into a room quickly. The woman checking us in was friendly and offered late checkout. Breakfast ended at 9, but the next morning we slept in, and the front desk woman still kindly let us make waffles and sausage at 9:06. The kids ate like wolves after we'd missed a proper dinner on the road. We really appreciated the kindness. The staff and welcome get 5/5 from us.

The hotel was peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good road fuel. It's perfectly located for a visit to Frontier City. The hotel, linens, and bathroom were clean, though one bed had no mattress cover. I thought it was a little odd that I had to call a number left on the counter to check in, but the employee was friendly and polite.

This was my second stay. About six months ago, I used the Wi-Fi for an online conference and workshop without trouble. This time, it only worked on my phone. My laptop never fully connected or brought up a browser. Pool hours didn't match what customers were told verbally or in writing. I was told it was open in the mornings, with no clear hours for later, while another customer was told it would be closed all week. Checkout seemed to happen whenever the staff decided. My room key stopped working 30 minutes before the stated checkout time of 1100. I don't plan to use this hotel again.
