We're former hotel front desk staff, so we know when a room has an issue. The clerk took a long time with our reservation, then assigned us a room with no heat. It was 35 degrees that night, and we couldn't rest or sleep. We had a terrible night.

The only clean things I found were the sheets and pillows, but I booked two nights and left the next morning. The rest of the room was disgusting and felt unsafe. The bathroom had yellowing from heavy smoking and mold, the toilet seat was nearly off, the door frame was bent so the door wouldn't shut, and the curtains were broken, though they still closed. The towels were dirty but had been refolded. The outlets looked like fire hazards. The carpet was filthy, the bedspread had cigarette burns all over it, and there were holes in the walls and a dresser falling apart. The interior feels stuck in the mid-2000s. They don't give refunds, so think twice before booking. This place really should be condemned.

Check-in was easy, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet. The place was clean, well located, and had great customer service. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The front desk staff have been kind and respectful throughout the two weeks I've been staying here without a home. They ask what I need whenever I come in, and housekeeping checks every day to see if I need anything. The TV works, and the bed is big enough for three. It may not be the best place, but they treat guests with basic courtesy and keep things calm, quiet, and peaceful. I'm in a hard spot right now, and they make it feel a little better. Thank you to the Super 8 front desk team. You all do your jobs well, and I'd come back if I ever ended up in this situation again.
