Woodspring Suites Oklahoma City Airport

The staff are a big reason I expect this to be my regular hotel in Oklahoma City. Elana and Cedena, especially, have been friendly, capable, and supportive, and they've handled any concerns promptly and thoroughly. They've always made sure I had what I needed. I've been here about five months on an extended stay, and the property is clean and well run. My room was attractive and spotless when I moved in, and the appliances all seem fairly new and work well. The laundry area is clean and well serviced, too.

For a longer stay, the price seems good and the room has a small kitchen with an electric burner, full-size microwave, nearly full-size fridge, and sink. We only spent one night, and the room felt pretty bare-bones beyond that. It wasn't noisy, though the floor wasn't clean. The man at the front was happy to give it a quick sweep, which helped a little.

The staff were kind about moving me to another room, and one woman was great about sweeping and mopping for me and changing stained sheets. But on the last few visits, cleanliness has been a problem. I've stayed here several times over two months. The first visit was good; after that, rooms weren't clean and the floors needed sweeping, and once I found hair in the bed. A couple of weeks ago, I learned after checking in that the building was being treated for pests. When I returned from getting food, there were a couple of dead roaches on the floor. I saw roaches in my room again during last week's stay.

We paid a good price for our thirteen-week stay, and the fourth floor was much quieter. The second floor, though, was really loud, smelled like marijuana, and had bugs in the rooms. Most of the staff were nice, except for one woman whose treatment of us made the stay almost intolerable. She had no reason to treat customers that way. She also seemed to pick and choose who had to wear a mask in the building.
