Embassy Suites By Hilton Kansas City Olathe

After a terrible stay at a Homewood Suite in New Braunfels TX, with poor housekeeping and awful management, I avoided Hilton for nearly a year and a half. I finally decided to give it another chance, and from arrival Cole gave me a warm welcome and picked a suite I loved. It was comfortable and as beautiful as promised. Housekeeping was excellent and worked around my unpredictable schedule. Benny was very helpful too. I enjoyed the BS restaurant and ate there almost every day. The location worked well for everything I needed. I’m grateful to all the hardworking staff who made the place feel like a home away from home.

We stayed eight nights because the hotel was close to where I needed to go for surgery. The lobby looked gorgeous, and our room was very nice, with a separate sitting room and bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The water was always hot with good pressure. Breakfast was complimentary and great, including make-your-own omelets. They also had a nightly reception with snacks and a couple of free drinks. Sometimes we had to ask for maid service, and no one spoke English. Still, it was a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

There are lots of restaurants and things to do nearby, and getting around KC and the surrounding areas takes 30 minutes or less. The service and amenities were amazing. I’ll make this my go-to when I come to the KC area to see friends and family.

Diana brought such positive energy to breakfast and made a simple meal feel special for our team. The breakfast staff were amazing, and we really appreciated her. Can’t wait to come back!
