The staff are friendly, and the location is decent, near the highway but still quiet. The cleaning is the same problem every time I come. There's greasy film and visible dirt on the hard floors, and debris left all over the carpet, like it either isn't vacuumed well or the vacuum doesn't work. Last time, there was hair in the tub and on the towels. After my shower, I wiped the tile with a damp towel and it came up brown. It took three passes before the floor was finally clean.

I was charged $140 for a king suite that was just a regular room. There were mice, scuffed dirty walls, and dirty sheets. They moved me to a different room, which was in better shape and at least had clean sheets, but the walls still had gouges. Breakfast was cold, and the cinnamon rolls and biscuits were dry and hard. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet, with easy access to the expressway. Most stores you might need are within a 10-minute drive. The front desk and hospitality staff were accommodating. There’s an indoor pool, a fitness room, and accessible computers. The bed was comfortable, and we had hot water.

It's only day one of my trip, and I'm already unhappy. The hot tub is warm, but its jets don't work, and the pool towels are tiny. The Wi-Fi keeps cutting in and out. In my room, the shower wouldn't hold water for a bath. I hope the rest of the stay improves, but this wasn't a good first impression.

Noise from the hallway kept me from getting a good night's sleep, and the room seemed like it hadn't been dusted or vacuumed in a while. I came in with high hopes, but the stay was underwhelming. I probably won't choose this location again.
