The small touches made this a great stay. Fresh cookies were out on a warming tray every evening, with hot cocoa, marshmallows, and crushed peppermints, along with the usual coffee and tea. The staff even texted to check how things were going, and I could text the front desk if I needed anything. Every request was handled right away. My wheelchair-accessible room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, which made a real difference. The staff were amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable. The amenities were outstanding: a large heated pool at a perfect temperature with float toys for kids, plus a hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a fully equipped gym with free weights and a Peloton bike. I travel to this area often for work and regularly send employees here. After this experience, it’s the hotel I’ll recommend and book every time. Highly impressed and highly recommended.

Quiet even though it was packed, with plenty of parking. It was a perfect place to rest after a WVU game, and the staff were welcoming. The room could use some work: the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, and the pillows were completely flat with no support. Very clean, though.

Angie at the front desk was great with customers. She helped me with purchases at the shoppette, and I saw her have several other positive interactions too. The room was clean and really quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very good as well. I’d recommend staying here and would come back if I’m passing through the area.

We stopped for one night on our way to Hershey. The hotel was decent, service was good, and the price was in line with other places nearby. The pool area was nice. I’d recommend it if you just need somewhere to sleep.

The room was clean and quiet, the workers were friendly, and parking was easy to find. The hotel is right by Dunkin. My only complaint: although it was listed as non-smoking, the halls on the third floor smelled like weed.
