The room next to ours was under construction or renovation, so I was concerned there might be dust, but the room and hallway were immaculate. Our fridge stopped working, and Mai brought up a replacement after one call. She was so sweet about it. The staff were fantastic, especially Mai, and our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept too. Highly recommend!

The breakfast had a good variety and was hot, the room was clean, and the towels were fluffy. We were in town for an archery tournament, and the Hampton was also hosting girls hockey players, but you never would have known. It was quiet. Thanks!

I came here for week-long business trips on two separate occasions. The staff were nice, the facility was nice, and the rooms were good. There are three restaurants basically across the parking lot, with a few more within walking distance.

We'd made reservations two weeks ahead for my birthday party, but they charged an extra $179 when we checked in. The employee, Courtney, was Hella disrespectful to all of my guests. We ended up not staying the night and left really early because of how she treated us. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again.

The room itself was clean and very nice, and I'd normally rate it a 4 or better. But the accessible features need work. The tub floor was slippery, and three of the four handrails in the standing shower were too low. The toilet was low too, and someone using a wheelchair or walker couldn't reach the curtain controls. A tub gate for easier entry, or a walk-in option, would help. The price was too high, the highest in Onalaska.
