We’ll be back several times over the next few months and will book here each time. I reserved a room at Royal Inn while in town for a family emergency and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and attentive the front desk gentleman was. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was a wobbly toilet, but I highly recommend the place.

I was in Oneida on and off for a couple of weeks and stayed at this motel three times. The man and woman running it were super nice and helped us with whatever we needed, and the service was amazing on every visit. I really appreciate them and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Oneida.

The man was really nice, everything went smoothly, and we got the same room at checkout. I’d recommend it.

We only booked because of an emergency, and given the circumstances the service wasn’t bad. Still, this was not a great experience. We couldn’t find a way to turn off the overhead lights, so we tried everything and eventually covered them with duct tape. The sheets had stains, the TV remote was oddly sticky, and the satellite TV didn’t work. I’d paid a $90 deposit online, then was asked for another $50 when we arrived. I’m not sure we’ll get that money back.

The room was spotless and smelled great, which is why I’m giving Royal Inn five stars. Management was friendly and helpful, and the prices were unbeatable. The hotel is a bit outdated, so it probably isn’t the place for a honeymoon, but I’d stay here again.
