The houses had plenty of room for our large group and were well kept. Ken was an amazing host: every morning he texted to invite us for coffee and breakfast, and after we returned from the wedding, he even brought us pizza. We were there for a wedding at the Bay Pointe Club, just five minutes away. Ken knew we were a wedding party and was understanding, even encouraging us to have more fun. He and his adorable dog were both so welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at the compound and would love to return.

Living next door, I see every day how much care goes into this property. The compound is consistently maintained, tidy, and thoughtfully looked after. The owner is kind, dependable, and goes out of his way to help both guests and the neighborhood. In winter, when we get overwhelming amounts of snow, he clears it without anyone having to ask, which is a lifesaver. It’s rare to have someone so responsible and involved in the community. Anyone renting here is lucky to stay somewhere managed by a person who cares about the property and the people around it. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Crab House. The host was helpful and quick to respond, and there were lots of amenities. We visited in cold weather, so the hot tub was especially appreciated.

The staff were really friendly, and the cottage was comfortable, with a beautiful water view to wake up to every day. I came in the off season and stayed at the flamingo place. The price included a ton of things: electric bikes, kayaks, paddle boats, and a hot tub. It was very clean. Just keep in mind it’s a cottage on the water, not a five-star hotel in a big city. I definitely recommend it and plan to come back for a week this year and every year after. Did I mention it’s fully furnished, with silverware, plates, glasses, and an indoor stove? Walmart and the supermarkets are about 10 minutes away.
