Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ooltewah Springs-Chattanooga

Johnny and Blane at the front desk really went out of their way to help. I’d lost a notepad for tomorrow’s meetings, so they took paper from their printer and stapled five pages together for me. They also made sure I had plastic cutlery for dinner and checked that I had what I needed. That’s how you make a stay great. Hats off to both of them and the hotel.

The hotel was spotless, including the lobby, hallways, and our room, and the beds were very comfortable. After nearly ten hours on the road moving from North Dakota to Florida, Blane’s big, warm smile at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. Johnny also helped my husband figure out where to park our 26-foot U-Haul and trailer, and made sure we could settle in without stress. We appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. It’s a great stop for travelers, and we’ll recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ooltewah to friends and family.

After a long day of driving, this clean Holiday Inn had everything we needed to relax for the night. The staff were welcoming, and check-in was easy. It’s just off I-75 north of Chattanooga, with restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, and grocery stores nearby. We travel with our dog, so the pet-friendly policy is a plus. I pass through Chattanooga often and plan to keep staying here.

The remodeled room looked great, with lots of space and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also great, with omelets, pancakes, fresh cinnamon rolls, sausage, bacon, and more. The beds weren’t made very well when we arrived, and I do wish there were grab bars in the bath and shower. We’re older, and a sturdy bar helps when getting in and out. We’ll stay again. Wish us luck with the tub. Mike
