Allie was so helpful and sweet. She made sure the room was clean and had plenty of towels. I’ll keep staying here when I’m in town, especially if she’s working.

This is my home away from home, and I’ll keep staying here. It’s peaceful and in an ideal spot, right next to Food City. The gym is a big bonus for me, and Deb and Wesley are the best.

We rented room 125 through AIRBNB. The room was gorgeous and very clean, and the photos really do match the place. It’s right off the interstate, with Food city across the street within walking distance, and there’s somewhat of a Mountain View. Set back from the road, it stayed nice and quiet even with other animals around. The courtyard is lovely for relaxing, grilling, or sitting in the sun. Service was great and communication for the Airbnb rental was good, though we didn’t really interact with hotel staff, which was fine. There wasn’t much cookware for the oven, so bring a couple of your own things if you plan to cook. The sofa bed was a little hard and clearly used, but nothing out of the ordinary. We’d stay again.

The front desk lady was helpful when I needed a last-minute room, making sure my reservation was set before they closed. But the room was a nightmare when we arrived. It smelled disgusting and was filthy. The sheets were soiled and hadn’t been changed, and there was hair on the bath towels. I’d been looking forward to cooking for my little one, but the cups, plates, and other kitchen items were dirty, and there was no soap to clean them. I called to ask for cleaning supplies and fresh linens. I ended up buying cleaner and washing everything myself. She brought me one set of new sheets, but I still had to get my own pillows, blankets, and kitchen supplies. The worst part was the obvious built-up dust, mold, and mildew. I couldn’t afford to spend another few hundred dollars to stay elsewhere. I’d never stay here again or recommend it, which is especially disappointing because I liked the idea of the place.
