The room was cute and nice, with plenty of charging ports and good lighting options. We checked in at 1:30 am and the attentive clerk made it easy. Breakfast was delicious, especially the sausage.

My little girl loved the small pool, and we all slept well in the very comfortable beds. The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the staff were nice. I did request a lower floor because elevators terrify me, but I was assigned the very top floor. I took the stairs, which was fine, and the staff did try to sort it out, which I appreciated. We stayed one night on October 2nd. There's a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby, and if you're into thrift stores, America's Family Thift store is right next door and within walking distance. I was pleased with the hotel and the value. It was very clean, the staff were pleasant, and it was surprisingly quiet after dark, so I slept well.

The pre-arrival check-in was amazing, but the laundry equipment was out of order even though I called ahead and the front desk clerk said it was available and working. I was in a third-floor room across from the housekeeping break room. The staff work hard, and my room was spotless, but around 5:30 it sounded like they were having a fiesta with loud music and cooking. I'll leave the smell at that. The break room door was open. It pains me that I've had noticeable issues during my last few stays at different Auburn Hospitality properties, although the corporate office has been quick to respond. Their Holiday Inn Expresses are amazing.
