For four years now, this has become our go-to place for condo rentals in Orange Beach. We’ve vacationed here in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024, booking through Beach Getaways Vacation Rentals, Liquid Life Vacation Rentals, Prickett Properties, and Phoenix Rentals Vacation Properties. They’ve all been great, and the units and property have consistently been clean, up to date, and well maintained. We usually come in August or early September to avoid crowds, and we’ve never had long elevator waits. We like the upper floors, 20-31, for their unbeatable views. The hot tubs on the 14th floor are a favorite too, tucked away from the other water amenities. Hurricane Sally caused damage during our 2020 stay, but by 2022 everything had been restored to how it was before. There’ve also been updates over the years, including an adults-only pool, a bar and grill, and extra features on the kids’ splash pad. It really feels like our home away from home.

We always love coming here for our annual vacation. We stay in the off season, when most of the staff are in building 1. The view is great, and so are the hot tubs.

The view is great and the rooms are nice, but the elevator situation is a nightmare. Coming up from the beach, we’ve waited 30 minutes or longer, and there’s a good chance your party gets split up. On July 21, 2025, they locked the pool slide at 2 p.m. and walked away. For what it costs to stay here, I expected more. I realize the elevator problem may be unavoidable, but that doesn’t make it any better.

Parking in the garage was convenient because it was on the same level as our rooms. Security was top-notch, and the staff made us feel so welcome. We had an amazing time, with no regrets, and the whole getaway was truly unforgettable. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back for another rejuvenating stay.

The ocean views and beach are lovely, and the pools and lazy river were fun for adults and kids alike. But the hot tub was barely lukewarm, and the sauna didn’t work. I reported it, and from what other guests said, these problems have been going on for some time.
